Your blog is converting the umlaut (letter with dots) into an HTML element, and that's messing up the parser. The problem is that the <code>scrippets.css</code> isn't the last CSS declaration to appear in your HTML HEAD. So what's probably happening is your later theme CSS is overriding the <code>scrippet.css</code>. In your <code>header.php</code> file (or <code>index.php</code> if you don't have a <code>header.php</code>), is your theme CSS being added after the <code>&lt;?php wp_head() ?&gt;</code> tag? If so, move it above it. That should work. If it doesn't, I'm baffled. </p>
